What Happens in a Group Tennis Lesson?

Get Moving with Warm-Ups & Footwork Drills
Every lesson kicks off with a warm-up. Players stretch, jog, and jump into footwork drills that strengthen balance and quicken movements. A proper warm-up keeps muscles flexible and prevents injuries.
Players swing into action by practicing forehands, backhands, volleys, and serves. Coaches adjust grips, guide hand movements, and correct postures to make strokes more powerful and precise.
Once players grasp the basics, they step into real-game situations. Coaches introduce strategies, court positioning, and tactical shot-making, helping players think one step ahead of their opponents
Drills focus on aiming and consistency. Players return shots to specific targets, improving their control over direction, spin, and speed.
Near the end of each lesson, players jump into friendly matches. Coaches observe, offer real-time feedback, and help players tweak their movements for better results.
